Kristy Hairston is an accomplished Realtor and Real Estate Executive with a passion for empowering others to excel.

Licensed since 2007, Kristy started her career at the beginning of a financial recession. Kristy says, “practicing real estate during that tough time taught me the mindset and skills needed to grow a real estate business in any market shift.” She has emphasized proactive customer service, solution-focused creativity and discipline as the foundations for her real estate success. Coaching will always be a passion for Kristy. She authored, Real Estate Technology Reboot in 2020, to aid Realtors in the ever-changing world of technology.

As a real estate executive, Kristy has the privilege of adding value to Realtors and organizations through professional roles such as a coach, managing broker and Regional Vice President for Compass Midstates serving Kansas, Missouri and Tennessee.

Kristy is an advocate of volunteering within the local, state and national regions for the real estate industry. Most recently preparing to serve as the National Association of Realtors® 2023 RPAC Fundraising Liaison. Kristy was honored to be voted Tennessee Realtors' 2018 Educator of the Year and was recently awarded as the 2023 Realtor of the Year by Greater Nashville Realtors.

Kristy volunteers within her local community by serving as board-chair for the Northwest YMCA and executive board member for Habitat for Humanity Nashville. She is a member of the 2022 Participatory Budgeting Committee for North Nashville.
