I'm an IT recruiter in the Raleigh NC area, looking to help you pave your road to success :) Having an MBA in Human Resource Management, I have a passion for recruitment and retention! I feel that any company is only as good and successful as their people, and great people are what make great companies!

My story is definitely one of substance, because I can tell you, I hated this field at first...I just didn't get it or understand the concept of it all...and then, my life changed.

I helped place a person with a company...and that feeling was AMAZING. I felt like I had changed a life! That I had impacted someone's future in a positive and monumental way! And I had!! From then on, I didn't look at my position as cold calling or "finding" candidates, but I saw myself as a mentor and motivator. I began to see myself as a subject matter expert, understanding the IT industry and what my clients and candidates are looking for. I fell in love with what I loved doing...helping people!
