Like most mothers looking for a better work/life balance, VIRTUAL ELVES began for Kristy at the end of 2009 after 9 years working in Senior Management roles in the Hospital/Medical and Pharmaceutical Communications industries preceded by 10 years working in 5 star hotels in Event / Food & Beverage Management positions.

With 2 young children, and a great home office, Kristy is able to have a great balance of work and family with her business, that has grown from 1-12 clients within 12 short months.

Virtual Elves specialises in taking away the pressures and stresses of running a business by managing, encouraging and educating you on the benefits of outsourcing. This involves Kristy looking into your business and identifying where you can release some of the tasks that create pressure in your business and then working out a plan that allows you to do so!

Kristy has realised that being a VA lends well to her personality and lifestyle. She is articulate and professional with the ability to interact at all levels. She also possesses strong planning, organizational and time management skills. Combining all of these

skills and knowledge allows her to provide an array of top quality

support to her clients.
