I’m a qualified Hatha Yoga instructor and an aspiring Personal trainer currently pursuing my Gym Instructor diploma from PTA global. I live in Dubai, UAE.

Yoga came to me as a way to explore life further. I was looking for something meaningful and challenging and decided to take up a Yoga teacher training course to further my personal practice and to discover any hidden potential to teach. Having been brought up in India I was keen to go back to my roots and learn traditional yoga which has been practised by Indian yogis for the last 2,500 years. I signed up at Yoga Vidya Gurukul in Nashik, Maharashtra and studied under the guidance of Rishi Dharmajyoti, specialising in Hatha Yoga which is mostly focused on postures and alignment along with breath control. Its central focus is the balance of the body and mind.

Living in an Indian Ashram and studying Yoga has been one of the most exhilirating experiences of my life so far-Teaching came more naturally to me that I had ever imagined. I'm bursting with excitement to share my experience and pass the knowledge I have gained to inspire people and help them discover Yoga and all that it offers.

I’m passionate about health and fitness and believe in living a holistic and active lifestyle. I love working out and trying new training methods and strongly believe that balance is key to living a happy and healthy life. I also love fashion, especially trendy sportswear!

I also hold ITEC and CIBTAC diplomas in Human Anatomy and Physiology and Swedish Massage. Along with diplomas in a variety of Massage therapies including Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherpy etc. from the world renowned Chiva Som Academy in Bangkok. Human Anatomy and Physiology fascinates me and I enjoy studying the effects of Yoga and different therapies on the human body and mind.

I keep myself updated with the latest in health, fitness and fashion through regular self-education and I aim to inspire those around me to be healthy and live a life a passion.
