I provide online therapy, using a wide variety of techniques, including but not limited to autogenic training (relaxation technique), guided imagery visualization (hypnotherapy).

After receiving my degree in psychology in 2005, I have further studied clinical psychology.

My main focus is to work with adults, however, I did extensive work with teenagers with eating disorders as well.

In the UK I worked at a private psychiatric ward for adolescent offenders. Currently i reside in Hungary.

I have lived in 5 different countries. The languages I can offer therapy in are English and Hungarian.
