I'm Dan Krolczyk; General Manager/ VP of Sales of multimedia companies.

What I do:

I recruit, build and lead world-class sales organizations through change. I help companies find new revenue streams, develop sales strategies, and optimize the analytics to succeed. I work across a matrix of teams to create new products, and have as much fun as possible along the way, while serving the communities we work in.

I've had the blessing of leading successes with some of the best world-class companies in media and entertainment including The USA Today Network, Hubbard Broadcasting and ESPN Twin Cities andAol's nationwide network of hyperlocal news sites.

Prior to Aol, you could say I technically did "crush" it working with Clear Channel. (Crushed cars, trucks, busses, sales records and more.) As senior director of marketing, I ran the high-flying sold-out stadium business of supercross and freestyle motocross events. I also took on the challenge building a sales team in Minneapolis for Clear Channel's radio division in Minnesota.

I consult businesses of many kinds on their marketing strategy, sales infrastructure, sales optimization plans, social media landscape and all things owned, earned and paid media.

When I'm not in the media and event space, I might be doing a beach clean up day, helping at my children's school, might on the blue waters, hopefully on a Stand Up Paddle board, snow skis, or just having fun in the water with Tara and the kids.
