Alex Kruchoski

Alex Kruchoski began his musical training at the age of six with renowned pedagogue Julian Meyer, adding piano with jazz pianist Jim Holton, and viola with chamber musician Adriana Linares of the Dalí Quartet. Alex completed his degree in Viola Performance on full scholarship from Temple University, studying with Che-Hung Chen of the Philadelphia Orchestra. He performs frequently in a variety of ensembles, including most recently the Philadelphia Virtuosi, Prometheus Chamber Orchestra, ConcertOPERA Philadelphia, and Pennsylvania Philharmonic. Also a composer, his works have been well received by audiences in the Philadelphia area, New Jersey, New York, and Belgium. He is currently pursuing graduate studies in composition from Michigan State University.
