Before started SCALSYS I worked with small to medium companies where I explored and learnt so many aspects of IT field which includes not only development, but how to do effective client communication, providing the simple solution to complex problems, team work and keeping your nerves calm with deadlines. And I believe that an good IT resource should have all these aspects.

One of my strength is to interact more and more with clients and get the correct understanding before doing any piece of code. That actually reduce your time for actual development work.

It was my silent dream to have own start up (from my college days) which should not be just another Indian start up. With some hard work and fortune, I was able to achieve my dream. Few years back I decided to give wings to my dream and started "Scalsys Technologies"​ with an endeavour to deliver quality solutions to clients and pleasant work environment to employees of "Scalsys Technologies"​. As a team we faced lot of hurdles but we tackled them and reached from 2 to 20 people. And it is still counting...
