Krystal Guerra

Krystal Guerra is the marketing communication manager for the University of Miami Division of Continuing and International Education (DCIE), as well as UOnline. She manages all DCIE and UOnline websites and program subsites, associated news and event pages, and social media accounts.
Previously, Krystal was part of the marketing team at the Frost Science Museum, developing and overseeing the execution and optimization of the museum’s digital marketing strategy, website and blog, and customer experience. This included growing their influencer partnerships, especially for new exhibition promotion and fundraising events, and launching email-based customer journey campaigns for membership renewals.
Before that, Krystal was responsible for the management of the University of Miami School of Business social media accounts, email marketing, and website. While there, she helped their development team grow their annual fundraising by introducing strategic collaborative social media initiatives that opened up a new method of communicating with alumni and donors. She also managed the School’s website redesign and migration, and introduced interactive social strategies like event live-streaming and immersive student-driven content to their digital marketing strategy.
Currently, Krystal is working towards her MS in digital marketing degree at Rutgers University.
