Krystal Strong

I’m a sojourner and student of life at work on my PhD in Anthropology at the University of California, Berkeley. Presently, you can find me doing fieldwork for my dissertation on youth political practices in higher educational institutions in Ibadan, Nigeria. My interests tend to coalesce around the following themes: Africa and the African Diaspora, youth, political activism, education, popular culture and urban studies.
