Krystal Wilson

I am the type of person that can do anything that you ask. If I don't know how to do it, then I will find someone that can.

My expertise falls in Graphic Design as I am currently a sophomore at Grand Valley State University pursuing a B.F.A. in Graphic Design - to later pursue my masters and become a professor. My main involvement on campus comes from my job as a student designer in the University Promotions Office (part of the Office of Student Life), where we work with over 200 student organizations to promote their groups and events. My most recent project being the Do Something Guide, which is a campus magazine that is given to over 5,000 students.

Even more recently, I have been dipping in film production and have created: Crockery Township's Fire Department Recruitment video, Public Safety Announcements for the Department of Public Safety, a promotional commercial for ooVoo, as well as some shorter video's about how to get involved on Grand Valley's campus.

Beyond work, I am highly involved in pageants. I held the title for Miss Coopersville from 2009-2010 with a platform of volunteerism in the community. Now, I am currently holding the title of Miss Grand Valley State, which is a preliminary for Miss Michigan (part of the Miss America Organization). I am working hard to promote my platform: "Budgeting Today for a Brighter Tomorrow" which institutes the idea of financial responsibility at any age.
