Yes, my name is a mouth full, but it is a name you should remember if you are a construction professional based in Ontario. It is not so bad really - Fly-shack-er!

I am a management recruiter specializing in residential and ICI construction- specifically Project Management, superintendent and estimator roles.

I know, I know, there are many "specialists" out there, but how well do they know their space?

I come from a heavy sales and customer service background, including developing a successful career as a real estate agent specializing in condo resale/new construction units. It only made sense for me to apply my knowledge of the crazy Toronto market to recruitment. I know the product, having visited and inspected units first hand, I know the players, and I want to get to know you!

I work with clients ranging from large developers, CM firms and GC's, to boutique developers. I focus on building relationships, rather than making a quick buck. I present you with the facts both good and bad and do my best to successfully navigate you through one the globe's busiest real estate markets. Not ready to find a new job today? That is ok! I want to get to know you and what your career goals and aspiritions are. No pressure! Really!

My clients take me with them where ever they go for all of their construction recruitment needs. My candidates become my friends and I value their friendship and trust as they grow their careers. I get the best referrals in the industry, and time after time, I deliver! I speak your language, I understand your job, and I genuinely want to help you realize your professional goals.

I LOVE construction and have connections that keep me in the loop to all industry news. My firm is the preferred vendor for countless clients in the engineering and construction industry, and there is a reason why!

My team is a member of the Toronto Construction Association, the Young Construction Executive Club, Building Institute and Land Development Association, and the Canadian Home Builders Association. I attend industry events, network with your next boss, and learn as much as I can to fully understand current and future trends. Why wouldn't you want to work with me?
