My vision, is that through working with trainers, I will see more organisations infected with an enthusiasm for learning and making a difference. This I will do by helping training teams to perform a strong needs analysis to determine organisational outcomes, followed by developing strong learning outcomes which lead to real business results.

My aim is to help trainers become inspirational as well as helping them to find more creative ways to make learning stick. If you think accelerated learning is ALL about speed - think again - it is more about achieving organisational results and improving retention of information. The added bonus is that you can do it more quickly than conventional techniques!

I am passionate about developing people, accelerated learning and using anything that will make the training more impactful, memorable and effective. So not only do I incorporate accelerated learning techniques, but also some NLP, facilitation tools and quite frankly anything I have found useful in my long career in L&D.

I love to see those "light bulb" moments when I know I have made a difference.

Accelerated learning is also about reducing preparation time and through my workshops, people get to experience how easy it is to design new activities quickly, that will help participants to learn and to have fun at the same time.

My background in engineering along with experience in IT, Financial services and retail, help me to make a real connection with clients.
