I am a Co-Owner and Chief Executive Officer at Luxon LED. The company concentrates on professional indoor LED lighting for offices, industry and public facilities in Poland and in 2014 has started to penetrate foreign markets as well. Since 2009 my Business Partners and I are building Luxon Company from scratch - which has been a great journey and an invaluable experience for me.

Since 2014 I'm a co-founder of tech startup - Tokeo. In early 2015 we've launched a website (www.tokeo.pl) that connects internet users who’re seeking information and problem solution with professional advisors and experts through video chat, chat, email or phone.

During my professional career, I have had experience in (among others) creating companies from scratch, strategic decision process, creating and executing strategic goals, raising seed and Venture funds, creating and executing budgets, building and managing great teams, providing administrative and operational leadership, creating and executing marketing strategies, developing personal improvement plans.
