Karim Sarhane

Karim Sarhane is a USA-trained general and advanced laparoscopic surgeon known for his work in cancer surgery, minimally invasive procedures, and surgical research. He currently works at Burjeel Royal Hospital, where he specializes in thyroid, breast, colorectal, and complex hernia surgeries.

Karim Sarhane studied biology, medicine, and molecular genetics at American University of Beirut before completing research training at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Later, he completed his general surgery residency at the University of Toledo Medical Center.

Dr. Sarhane is also recognized for combining clinical surgery with scientific research. He has published many research papers in surgery, neuroscience, and bioengineering and holds patents related to nerve repair technology.
