My background and experiences are varied but complementary, allowing me a unique history and perspective on problem solving. With an intense technical background as a computer technician and network administrator for IBM with my MCSE, I transitioned to the documentation of software and process implementation. I have always been able to communicate effectively with varying technical levels from end users to developers, speaking their language to be best understood and get the necessary results.

Troubleshooting always comes down to following the process and looking for inefficency and inconsistency and fixing those problems. My experience as a technical writer and then centralized procedure manager gave me insight and opportunity to discover, design, and implement streamlined processes and procedures for a variety of teams and different user levels. My best skill is my ability to focus on the detailed nuance and maintain the proper perspective to understand the business as a whole, applying lessons and requirements across the enterprise.

I am a leader, consistently taking charge of projects and working with colleagues to solve problems and bring about great accomplishments. In life, I frequently find situations where I think "someone ought to do something about that!" and then recognize that I'm someone and quickly get to work.
