Ksenia Stepankina

Ksenia Stepankina is a fourth year undergraduate student at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University who is majoring in Management. Ksenia is bilingual in Russian due to her residing in Russia for seven years. Ksenia serves as an active member in the Alpha Lambda Delta and Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Societies where she holds a Vice President, Historian, and a Junior Advisor position. Within those roles, she organizes and participates in monthly meetings, socials, and community service events for every member in the organization. In addition, Ksenia works full-time with one of the largest companies where she gets to utilize and develop her marketing and management skills. With these roles in her community, Ksenia has developed strong leadership and organizational qualities, as well as cultural-diversity. Upon completing her B.B.A. degree, Ksenia aspires to manage and develop marketing strategies for companies.
