As Vice President of Technology at Plus91 Technologies, I set the technology vision and strategy for large-scale digital health programs—spanning statewide and national Health Information Systems (HIMS), next-generation health tech solutions, and emerging technologies such as AI and ML—driving innovation while ensuring alignment with public health priorities.

Over the last decade, my journey spans:

• Elevating the Medixcel Platform into a scalable, modular, and enterprise-grade healthcare system.
• Leading Bihar’s flagship BHAVYA initiative, deploying interoperable HIMS across all 38 districts and over 13,000 facilities—this award-winning program received the Innovation Award at the Global Digital Health Summit 2024 for driving real-time monitoring, analytics, and healthcare accessibility.
• Crafting and deploying nationwide HIMS architectures, with focus on digital-first, citizen-centric workflows.
• Collaborating with NHA (National Health Authority), contributing to the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM)—where I’ve been honored as a Champion Mentor for my health integration efforts.
