I’m Kshitij, a founder and engineer exploring AI, software systems, and emerging forms of computing.

Most of my work starts with a question: why does a system work this way, what assumption is hiding underneath it, and what happens when we remove it?

Through TENS LAB, I turn those questions into experiments, software, and working systems — from AI infrastructure and data platforms to entirely new ideas I’m still trying to understand.

I’m less interested in following the current stack than understanding where it stops being enough.
