I'm a creator of good home cooked meals that are also Gluten Free Meals. I cook with vegetables from our garden and local, pasture finished beef, pork and chickens. I live and work, on a small farm in rural Kentucky, with my husband and two cats. I grow almost all of the vegetables that we eat during the year.
