Kim Talarico

Kim believes community and economic development go hand in hand; when a community’s health and well-being, social capital and educational opportunities are thriving, so too is the local economy.

Kim is a facilitator, dot connector, analyzer, collaborator who approaches each project with a genuine curiosity. Kim recognizes the unique challenges of less populated regions. She serve public, private and nonprofit organizations that need project specific, time limited services.

Kim lives with her husband and daughter in Pendleton, Oregon where she she enjoys walking the northwest hills, hiking up the north fork of the Umatilla River, reading her favorite blogs and perusing Pinterest.
