Hi there!

My name is Karlene Theodora. I was born on the lovely island of Curacao and I'm currently living in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. I'm 20 years old and I study international business in college. Before I left my home to achieve my goals in college, I was a full-time high school student and full-time swimmer. I also had a part-time job in the summer as a waitress at a beach restaurant I truly loved: Cabana Beach. It might have been hectic at times, but I made memories and friends that I will never forget. When it was time to get on that plane and move all the way to The Netherlands, I was so nervous and excited at the same time. Moving to a foreign country and living on my own made me a stronger and much smarter person. I started thinking about where I'm standing and where I want to be. In order to do more of what I like and at the same time practice what I'm studying, I had to start with the internet . So I recently started a new blog called Lifestyle & Kurls on wordpress which I'm very excited about. If you want to check it out, here's the link. It's a blog about lifestyle, food and natural hair. Everything I know and learn about them will probably be posted on my blog. I'm very happy to have started blogging. And I look forward to seeing how far I can go with this.
