Kelvin Thursby

I'm a web developer based in London, England. Since 2011 I have been working for Rise Digital Media creating web applications using a number of Microsoft technologies.
I love to create websites which are not only helpful to the end user but also write code which is readable and resuable. I mainly work in Microsoft MVC .NET C#, but also like to use front end techniques like javascript/jQuery and Ajax to improve user experience.

My main competences include:
C#, .NET, MVC, Umbraco, SharePoint, WinForms, WPF, WebForms, jQuery, MSSQL, XML and Xaml

Other than the programming part of my life, I enjoy playing tennis, golf, and I am a keen Aussie rules footballer (although never get the time). Being a very sociable person, I am interested in meeting new and interesting people and I also love to travel as much as possible.
