I am a sophomore studying journalism and Strategic Communications at the UW-Madison. Along with an interest in advertising I am interested in health and fitness. Thus, I have become curious about the food deserts in South Madison and have enjoyed learning about the partnerships between South Madison residents and UW-Madison student organizations and the impact that UW students have on the lack of healthy food resources in South Madison.
