Kulin Shah

Born and brought up in Mumbai – the financial capital of India. Core belief - life is only as complicated as you make it and as simple as you want it.

Coming from a family where my ancestors (at least the last 4 generations) were entrepreneurs; I knew I would not last too long in the corporate world. The first idea I worked on was back in 2001 to start an education portal which I dumped to pursue my undergrad (mistake). Since then many ideas came, went and got dumped.

Spent 3.5 years with a VC fund. Got the opportunity to meet some brilliant minds and very passionate people. Entrepreneurship was the only possible outcome. I have co-founded Wishberg – The Social Wishlist.

Now on the other side of the table – Now Entrepreneur. Having played roles on both sides, I am always on the lookout for new business ideas and also like to help other entrepreneurs crystallize theirs.

My family, daily run, technology, history documentaries, gadgets, swimming, F1, learning a new language, comics and movies make me happy. Got married to my MBA sweetheart because good food and traveling are our common passions.
