Kullah Anderson

Director, Consultant, and Project Manager in Helsinki, Finland

Mr. Anderson is an experienced strategy, operations (SaaS), and operational development professional. He most recently served as Head of Operations and Deputy to the CSO at MaaS (Mobility as a Service) Global, the maker of Whim - a multi-modal personal transportation experience app and service. Before that, he served as Head of Global Customer and Operations Development for the same company. Before that, he served as Customer Care Champion at Finnish start-up Jolla Oy, a maker of smartphones and the mobile operating system "Sailfish." He has also worked as Sr. Product Manager for the Finnish start-up Tinnoff, Inc., a healthcare solutions developer to eradicate tinnitus. Before serving at Tinnoff, he served at Nokia Corporation as a Director of Corporate Strategy ( Strategy Deployment); he also held positions in Quality Management, Customer Care, and NOR Team, a business improvement services and internal consulting reporting to the CFO.

Throughout his career, Kullah has participated in company transformation programs, customer/consumer impacting change and improvement projects, and company-wide efforts to improve quality, driving consistent practice in operational modeling and process management. Mr. Anderson has worked with and commissioned 3rd parties for branding and market research. He has spearheaded insights process development/ deployment in Customer Care and Quality.

He received an International MBA (with honors) from Aalto University School of Business (Finland) and a B.A. (summa cum laude) in Business Administration with a double minor in German and Computer Science from Concordia College, Moorhead, MN (USA).
