The Country Head at Al Futtaim Sons Company for Panasonic, Toshiba, Xbox, Aftron. Oversees all operations of Bahrain business for all four brands, including Sales & Distribution, Service, Showroom and warehouse management. His duties also include P & L Responsibility; yearly & 5 year plan Budget preparation, planning and presentation to Head office. As a Country/SBU head, Pramod is responsible for the brands' principal co-ordination - making decisions on yearly budget, market share, product selection for the country, product launches and all other Branding & Marketing activities. He formulates and promotes varied innovative sales schemes for the trade and is ultimately responsible for designing and implementing attractive incentive schemes for the teams to enhance sales. A non-fiction reader, Pramod loves playing chess and cricket.
