Kumaran Rajaram

Dr. Kumaran Rajaram is an Associate Faculty with Singapore
Institute of Management University. He graduated from University of South
Australia with a PhD in Business and Management. He is currently a research scholar who publishes, presents research papers and facilitates workshops/seminars at International conferences on a regular basis. He provides management training, business consultancy and has been lecturing for more than 7 years at tertiary level. He is also an adjunct lecturer for several well-known UK, US and Australian Universities which have partnered with accredited private institutions in Singapore. He lectures postgraduate modules in Organisational Behaviour, Cross-Cultural Management and Strategic Management. He supervises doctoral candidates in
their pursuit of their research work. He also serves as a guest reviewer for HERDSA, JIEB and advisor for IJBD. His research interests are in Cross-Cultural Management, Organisational Behaviour, International Business Education,Teaching and Learning.
