Pratik Kumar

Pratik Kumar is a credit analyst and accounts receivables professional with over nine years of experience in various industries. He currently works as a deputy manager at Aristocrat, a gaming technology company, where he is responsible for reviewing credit and financial reports, releasing orders on hold, handling UCC filings and GetPaid administration, maintaining credit procedures and manuals, conducting periodic credit audits, and assisting with improvement and automation projects for the credit/collections team. He has skills in financial analysis, accounting software, account reconciliation, excel macros, automation, data analytics, and credit management.

Before joining Aristocrat in April 2023, Pratik worked at Keysight Technologies for five years in different roles related to credit and collections. He started as a collections coordinator, then became a senior collections coordinator-SME, and finally a credit analyst. He was involved in communicating with customers to resolve past dues and account issues, monitoring overdue accounts and unapplied cash, resolving tax issues and deductions, working with teams and customers to resolve disputes, assessing credit risk and establishing credit limits, reviewing and managing orders in the hold queue, providing support to supply chain, collections, and sales teams for risk optimization, building strong relationships to maximize personnel and company performance, and being part of development and testing of process improvement projects. He received several honors and awards from Keysight Technologies, such as the Key Contributor Award four times, the Keysight Value Creator Award (Employee of the Year) in 2019, and the Outstanding Innovator Award in 2018.

Pratik began his career at Genpact in 2014 as a process associate in credit and collections. He was promoted to process developer and process trainer in 2015.

Pratik has a master’s degree in Zoology from St. Wilfred’s PG College.
