The main responsibility in a business development is to identify and develop business opportunities for the company services in Recruitment placement, payroll outsourcing, executive search and HR consultancy.
1. Identify and develop business opportunities
• Pro-actively hunt for target organisations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our company services
• Lead generation and appointment setting
• Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation, credentials pitch, asking questions, solution pitch, negotiation, close and follow up
• Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following procedure
• Further develop multi-tier relationships to organically grow the client’s accounts.
• Build referral and lead generation network.
• Follow up all leads generated from website, networking sessions, trade fairs and other events/ contacts.
• Develop and implement strategies for new products and services.
• Determine new opportunities by analysing business needs.
• Responding to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner.
2. Account Management
• Increase company’s involvement with clients
• Manage company-and-client relationship together with the various division team leaders
• Serve as a lead facilitator both internally and externally for projects
3. Branding & Marketing
• Attend all social, industry and business networking events.
• Promote Brand through appropriate marketing channels
• Ensure all business touch points, which include but not limited to the company-to-client presentations, business proposals, emails and grooming, adhere to corporate identity and guidelines
• Ensure that all corporate presentations are updated
