Kunal Kashyap is an Indian solopreneur, SEO publisher, and content creator based in Pali, Rajasthan. Kunal Kashyap founded Backdroid.com, an Android troubleshooting and how-to blog, in May 2020. Backdroid.com grew from roughly ten monthly visitors to millions of annual readers, driven by semantic SEO, topical authority, and long-tail query coverage. The blog reached AdSense monetization within six months and became profitable within one year, bootstrapped without external funding.

Kunal Kashyap built more than 45 web projects between 2016 and 2025 and produced over 30 of them for the United States market. His projects span multiple content niches, including technology troubleshooting, government jobs, gaming, agriculture, and devotion. Kunal Kashyap wrote every article himself until 2023, then adopted AI-assisted workflows to scale content production. He also operates the YouTube channel Learn & Solve with Backdroid, which has accumulated over 6 million views, and a devotional Instagram community, बजरंग बाग आस्था, with over 28 million lifetime views.

Kunal Kashyap won first prize at the iStart Rajasthan acceleration program, awarded in Jaipur by Namita Thapar, a judge on Shark Tank India. He collaborated with brands including FixThePhoto and SuferVPN. In 2025, Kunal Kashyap sold most of his portfolio, including his flagship Backdroid.com, to new owners.

In 2026, Kunal Kashyap is building a new project, MonkInsight, publicly and incrementally. Kunal Kashyap also writes poetry under the pen name राघव (Raghav), publishing verses on time, loss, faith, and renewal. His guiding principle is the phrase "hara vahi jo lada nahi" — defeated is only the one who did not fight.
