Richard Kuniansky is a Houston-based federal criminal defense attorney with over 40 years of courtroom experience. A former federal prosecutor and one of the few Texas attorneys board-certified in Criminal Law, he has tried some of the nation’s most complex white-collar cases—including the second-largest Ponzi scheme in U.S. history.

Outside the courtroom, Richard is an avid cyclist and hiker who enjoys spending time on the trails with his family.
