Introduction
My learning goals are to promote positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment where students could develop their critical thinking skills, problem solving skills, better decision maker and become an independent learner. I provide hands on real life experiences; teach with variety of instructional strategies and assessment strategies that support students’ academic achievement. When I provide rich experiences and tools, so our students develop their deeper understanding skills and become a successful learner.
Teaching is my passion and being the best I can be in the classroom to have the greatest impact on the learning and lives of our students learning. I would focus on maintaining high expectations for every students, aware that some students will need time and support than others to be successful. I would provide rich tasks that prompt students to use critical thinking and strategic thinking to develop deeper understanding of the content and practice.
My primary objective is to foster the development, growth and success of each student. I strongly believe that students learning is paramount and comprises not simply transference of skills and knowledge, but also develop personal, social, physical, intellectual, artistic skills
