As a former History and U.S. Government teacher, I am deeply concerned that the failure of citizens to live "responsible" will destroy this unique "Experiment in Democracy". My hearts desire for this forum is two-fold. First, let us teach who a "Responsible Citizen" is. Then, let us encourage each other to be that "Responsible Citizen".
