Hi, I’m Kurt.

I have been a Human Resources Executive for over 10 years and have led all aspects of the function, including strategy, coaching, employee & labor relations, talent acquisition & on-boarding, compensation & benefits, payroll, international mobility, HRIS, training, and organizational development as an over my 20+ year career.

I have designed, developed, and delivered programs to improve the recruitment and retention of top talent.

A graduate of Temple University with a BBA in Human Resources, I also hold an MBA from Holy Family University in Philadelphia. I am a certified SHRM-SCP and I held the Global Professional and Senior Human Resources Professional designations from HRCI for many years.
