I've been writing, teaching, and consulting on Microsoft technologies since 1995 when I supported and trained support engineers on Microsoft Windows 95. Prior to that, I was in the USAF working as a Korean Linguist, but had several other positions and responsibilities that included working with various technologies. Since 1995, I worked as a consultant, trainer, and book author. I have been involved in over 30 commercial publications on various topics, but mostly related to Microsoft topics such as Active Directory, Internet Information Server, and security. In 2007, I accepted a postion to document Active Directory related technologies for Microsoft User Assistance. I write configuration and troubleshooting information for IT Professionals who use Active Directory.
As of 2010, I have been assigned to be the primary writer for Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS). In 2011, I was also assigned as the primary writer for public key infrastructure client operations. In 2013, I have also been assigned as the writer for the Windows PowerShell cmdlets for Windows Azure Active Directory.
