I currently serve as the Senior Director of Program Strategy & Design at Achievement First, a high-performing public Charter Management Organization in the Northeast. In this role, I lead clarity and cohesion across Team Teaching & Learning and manage Achievement First's #1 organizational priority. I also lead and manage the redesign, change management, and execution of integrated teaching and learning approaches across our network of 26 schools including curriculum/program design, assessment strategy, instructional resource build, professional development strategy, digital learning integration, and network instructional leadership opportunities for our most effective teachers.
