Kurt Lutgert is a longtime southwest Florida real estate development executive who guides operations at The Lutgert Companies in Naples as vice president. He manages luxury projects that bring long-lasting value to properties and are sensitive to the natural environment. Kurt Lutgert’s current projects include the 350-acre golf course community Estuary at Grey Oaks, which combines a spacious nature preserve with exclusive enclave of 175 homes.

Having completed degrees in philosophy and religion at Duke University, Mr. Lutgert has been writing on topics of spiritual development for the past 25 years. He is currently readying his first book, Whole Light Wellness, for e-book and paperback publication. He also plans to create his first spiritual real estate development, Whole Light Wellness, which will comprise 60 acres in Puerto Rico in natural panoramic surroundings bordered by waterfalls and a river.

Mr. Lutgert supports a number of charitable organizations that help those in need, including Care, the Hunger and Homeless Coalition and Take Stock in Children. Through Take Stock in Children he has assisted economically disadvantaged middle and high school students in applying for state grants that defray the costs of higher education.
