Summary: Currently, I am relishing the challenge of shouldering a startup agency called Equipe Integrated Marketing Communications, which provides Event Management, Web Development, Social Media Marketing, Print Product and Designing Services. The aim currently is to establish and build a sustainable business. This experience is teaching me to be self driven, reliant and sufficient.

As a Partner in a small firm one has multiple responsibilities in varied aspects of the business. I am entrusted to generate business, oversee accounts and taxations and assist the event head in the execution of all activities ATL or BTL that the company is delegated with. On the creative front I am often expected to generate ideas and strategies for clients and company, both. Every day brings in a fresh lesson in leadership, time and personnel management, motivation, the imperativeness of staying abreast with developing situations and being proactive.

On the academic front, I hold a Masters Degree in Advanced Marketing Management from Lancaster University (Lancaster, UK); a Bachelors Degree in Mass Media (Specialiastion in Advertising) from Mumbai University (India) and a Diploma in Event Management from NIEM, Mumbai (India).
