Kushalin Kashyap/Kushalin Sarma is currently serving at Directorate of Technology Development Fund, DRDO as an Additional Director, Scientist F and he’s also an Entrepreneur, Investor & former Award winning Automotive Designer living at New Moti Bagh, Raisina Hills, New Delhi. He was born in Bongaigaon a major city in the Indian state of Assam. He did his school life in Delhi Public School, Dhaligaon. Alongside he did online Automotive Designing classes from ExpertsHub an educational institute based in Bengaluru later securing Diploma in Automotive Designing.

Kushalin secured international recognition from BMW and Maruti Suzuki Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2016 and 2017.

Did B.tech in Automobile Engineering and Mechatronics from Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology, college in Telangana under the guidance and sponsorship of University of Bayreuth, Germany.

On 22.07.22 he received nomination from IIIT (PPP) Bhagalpur, Bihar for the Board of Governors under Chapter III - Section 14(2) Subsection 2 (c) o f the IIIT(PPP) Act 2017 is for three years from the date of nomination.

Kushalin was a tech geek, he developed GOODEV a volume booster application for Android Devices which lets users to increase their system playback volume or media volume to a higher extent without any sound distortions.
He also developed ZLNK app for the Gen Z which would help them create, collaborate and work together from different communities on any projects in one app.

Founded Oracle Esports dedicated for FreeFire Community of IGC and started the movement of #Gamersforsoceity where every penny of income was donated for the BPL and needy.

He Co-founded KRA Group Limited along with Rakesh Agarwal and Abhijit Singh which promotes GulfOil and its products to the overseas. Kushalin is a politically active person and supports BJP from his state. He is a key member & investor at AERB and BrahMos aerospace.
