Call me Elizabeth.
Hello, friends and readers of cyber-world. Thank you for showing interest in wanting to know who this person (me, behind a computer screen) is. This page discloses a little about who I am to prove that I am not a robot or an alien. Although, I am not all that interesting, I do like to live life everyday on the edge, love meeting new people, and feel like I am on a mission with a purpose. Spontaneous adventures are the best kinds of ventures, I like to say. And optimism is the attitude that suits all situations. Without further ado, here is a quick memo about myself...
I spent the last 4 years of my life committed to college, and recently, I just received my B.S. degree in English Writing and Bible from the University of Northwestern - St. Paul. Currently, I am a freelance writer/journalist for a local community paper called Hmong Pages Inc. Topics that are dear and near to my heart are political issues, ethical and moral values, anthropological and philanthropic issues, philosophy, culture, religion, faith, movies, food, books, music, etc. I fancy my own office space and desk one day because I simply work from home, the coffee shop down the street, or the library. For the past few years, I've devoted my weekends to sing as a vocalist in a band. My favorite artist at the moment has to be Adele. In the past, I worked on various projects where I created original poems, short-stories, personal essays, and non-fiction. I hope to publish some of my work in the future, after more revision and editing, but as of now, I guess I am just enjoying the marvelous works of other writers. My current favorite book has to be Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen.
I would love to further connect with you, answer your questions, reply to your comments; therefore, please feel more than welcome to write me. Best way of contact, for now, is via email. :) Email me at [email protected]
