Kwame Granderson

As President and Chief Executive Officer of Granderson Holdings, Kwame Granderson owns a suite of companies that includes Flagship Realty, Inc.; Fieldstone Construction, Inc.; Legiance Investments, LLC; FTI Property Management; and the law firm Granderson & Associates, LLP. Mr. Granderson is Senior Partner at the law firm, where he concentrates on strategic asset positioning in the form of asset control, protection, and transference.

Kwame Granderson’s Legiance Investments helps clients raise capital for projects and structure joint venture programs with a controlled level of risk. Flagship Realty finds, buys, and markets low-priced real estate, and Mr. Granderson’s Fieldstone Construction revitalizes maintenance-deferred properties quickly and cost-efficiently to appeal to a wide range of buyers. FTI Property Management handles properties throughout Southern California and provides management services including rent collection, billing, tenant screening, and eviction.

In addition to his work with Granderson Holdings and its subsidiaries, Kwame Granderson is the creative mind behind The Art of Control Real Estate Investment System, which teaches investors how to manage their own acquisitions of distressed properties and structure deals to fit their individual needs.

Having served in the Real Estate Division at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP for several years, Mr. Granderson acquired considerable experience representing investment giants and handling major commercial transactions for Fortune 500 companies. He has also represented clients in the residential and commercial sectors.

Kwame Granderson attended the University of California, Los Angeles, where he earned his undergraduate degree and graduated summa cum laude. He subsequently gained admittance to Harvard Law School, where he obtained his Juris Doctor with honors. Mr. Granderson has also completed coursework at Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and Harvard Business School, as well. A member of The State Bar of California, he maintains California and Florida licensure as a Mortgage Broker.

Mr. Granderson is the author of several Real Estate Smart Guides as well as Thinking in the Millions, a webinar series focused on improving participants’ mindsets and desires to succeed. He used the techniques offered in the series himself during his first year at Harvard Law.
