I LOVE living life and affecting positive change around me! I was born and raised in Key Largo, FL and look forward to moving soon, even though I LOVE this town. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, a Beachbody Coach, a TurboKick fanatic, and an affiliate for several products that I believe in: PB2, Core Health Products, 6 Pack Bags, VistaPrint, and Bellamora. I have many goals to achieve: Diamond Star Rank, Complete Nutrition Certifications, Become a Life Coach, Be Published (Writing) in Fitness Magazines, & to write a book. My BIGGEST goal is to love myself and teach others to do the same.
