Currently a San Diego State student majoring in Journalism with experience in public and media relations, Katie hopes to pursue a career in sports media. With a passion for gameday production and dissemintating news and information regarding various teams and their community involvement, she hopes to set sight on a job she loves doing.
She has interned at the Rock Church (@therocksandiego) , San Diego Hall of Champions (@HallofChampions) and continues to intern for the SDSU Athletics Media Relations Department (@GoAztecs).
She is a member of the Association for Women in Sports Media (@AWSM_SportMedia), National Residence Hall Honorary (@SDSU_NRHH), and Rotaract (@rotary).
