As a KW Technology Ambassador, we will train and support KW Technology in our Market Center, we will have a direct impact on our associates' productivity and profitability—ultimately affecting their financial, emotional, and mental well-being. We also have a critical role in our market center's growth—and ultimately the growth of Keller Williams on our path to #1—as we are the key to demonstrating KW's value proposition with technology.

We are in partnership in leading the effort to educate our associates, to be an ear if they are frustrated, to pump in positive energy, to share their concerns with KWRI and, ultimately, to help them utilize KW Technology to make them more productive and more efficient.
