Kyaw Min Thant

I’m Kyaw Min Thant. You can call me Thant. I am a PhD candidate in the Information and Communication Technologies program at the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT), Spain. I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at the University of Computer Studies, Yangon (UCSY), Myanmar, in 2017, following a rigorous five-year academic program. I went on to earn a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity Engineering from Riga Technical University in Latvia, further strengthening my expertise in the field.

I am currently a research coordinator and researcher at TRUST LAB, UPCT. My career began as a Junior Web Developer while I was still a third-year student. After graduating, I advanced to a Senior Web Developer role at Orgnima Co., Ltd., where I worked from 2017 to 2020.
