o Provide interaction through these newsletters for the members so that they could be more involved than ever before

- Continuing the transparency of BOx to its members

o Showing financial reports and project evaluations in the newsletter

o Showing what has been discussed during the EB meeting

- Celebrating the talents and success of our members

o Congratulating the core team of each project

o Congratulating the teams who won in their respective contests or games

Creative Development

- Improvement of the Points System

- Adding an official minutes format, attendance sheet and points form (PoFo) to the core team kit

o Also helps in improving the points system

- Increased participation of members not only through events but also in helping in the improvement of BOx through their comments and suggestions
