Kye Giscombe

Kye Giscombe is an American entrepreneur known for providing insightful leadership to companies such as the construction company Cosmo Horizon, the sports apparel company Contact Sports NYC, and most recently, the estate planning law firm Estate Law Center USA. He has built his career on time-tested business values such as taking risks, innovation, strong leadership, and persistence. Giscombe began his two-decade career in business after graduating from the City University of New York’s John Jay College. His first major business venture was Contact Sports, Inc., which he founded in 1998. With the assistance of Burlington Coat Factory’s Irving Brothman, Kye Giscombe built Contact Sports NYC into a successful brand with a presence in one-stop chain and national stores. After some time in senior management, Giscombe became the founder and president of Cosmo Horizon, Inc., a company providing services in general commercial construction, construction management, and design-build services. He served as the company’s president for three years, until he joined Estate Law Center in 2017. Alongside award-winning founding attorney Holly Geerdes, Kye Giscombe dedicated himself to providing estate planning legal services to customers all across the United States, from Atlanta to Texas. Estate Law Center’s services include business succession, elder law, veterans’ benefits, asset protection, and other forms of legal counsel designed to give clients and their loved ones peace of mind. Kye Giscombe resides in Alpharetta, Georgia. In his spare time, he enjoys activities such as reading, working out, and riding his motorcycles.
