Kyla "Kola" Bibbins

Kola is a radio host, TV host and web site contributor with a passion for music.

Back in 2009, while attending the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) Kola became a co-host for her first radio show, Hardwire. The show aired on Hawk Radio, the student operated radio station at UMES. After graduating from the university in 2013, Kola started working as a Talk Show Producer and a Production Assistant at MTS Broadcasting in Cambridge Maryland.

Kola continued developing as a radio professional at Great Scott Broadcasting as a production assistant for WZEB (101.7 FM) and an on-air personality for WOCQ( 103.9 FM) in the Ocean City/ Salisbury Maryland market. The Voice Radio Network purchased WZEB, in November of 2014 and Kola was hand selected to be the Midday Host for WZEB Power 101.7 FM, a newly launched Urban Radio station in the Ocean City/Salisbury Maryland market.

From 2015 to 2017, Kola was a co-host and a social media contributor for QB Entertainment, a weekly show that airs on WRDE NBC Coast TV .

In September, 2017 Kola became the Afternoon Drive Host for WZEB Power 101.7-FM.

Kola considers herself a link between entertainers and their audience and believes that it is her duty to connect the audience to the best entertainment experience possible.
