My career began over 13 years ago and has taken me to many places in two countries to pursue my passion of improving other's health and athletic performance. It began working with a variety of high school, college and professional athletes in a Sports Performance Camp setting during the summer months for both Acceleration Calgary in Alberta and Twist Conditioning in Vancouver, British Columbia. During the school year while pursuing a Bachelor's of Human Kinetics at the University of British Columbia I was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Men's Hockey Team. After graduation I moved to Wilcox, Saskatchewan to serve as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at the Athol Murray College of Notre Dame, a private high school that produced many collegiate, and some professional, athletes in a variety of sports during my tenure. During the summer breaks I volunteered as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at summer development camps for the New York Rangers back in Calgary, Alberta.
A desire for more education lead me to a new country and a Master's of Science in Exercise Science from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. While there I volunteered to be an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Men's Hockey Team. From there I was hired as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Michigan Technological University, where I remained for seven years. Currently, I am a Strength Coach at Donskov Strength and Conditioning in Columbus, Ohio where I train a variety of young athletes and clients in the pursuit of their goals.
